Following one of the nation's biggest mergers, Sime Darby underwent a rebranding exercise to reconcile its businesses under one masterbrand.

Ova conducted an extensive audit to define the myriad relationships between five diverse business sectors, even more diverse ownership structures and numerous product lines. This 6-month programme included the design and development of a visual identity system, which was documented in a comprehensive guidelines manual. The ultimate deliverable was a documented system that was user-friendly for all its business sectors worldwide.
