In 2011, PERMATA changed its name to PETRONAS Leadership Centre (PLC) following a business rationalisation to focus on being a leadership and management institute. The challenge was to create a new identity that would preserve the strategic synergy with its parent company by way of a name and a relationship endorsement.

A visual identity system, brand identity guidelines and brand manual followed to ensure that brand implementation is adhered to across the organisation.

We continue to work with PLC on brand direction.
